This detox program is for 2 weeks. Two weeks of no chemical food, processed food, no animal product, and no dairy. Your food will consist of vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds, as your diet. You will be adapting and enjoying a plant base lifestyle for these two weeks. Our heavenly father said, “I wish above all things that thou mayest proper and be in health, even as your soul prosperity”. It is important that you follow the plan the best you can to reach optimal detox. No one else can detox your body except for oneself. Don’t take your health for granted. During this detox period you should try to be in bed no later than 9:30. Please start winning down by 8 pm, turn off all social media, all your devices such as cell phone, iPad, and computers. Please during this time stay away from stress. Give God all your troubles and let him take care of it. Trust in God to fulfill all your needs.

During your detoxification process you may experience a variety of symptoms such as: fatigue, nausea and/or stomach cramping. Your body may remove toxins thru the skin by itching, or breakout on the skin. All this will resolve eventually. You may experience removal of toxins, acidity, mucus and increase in urination, and bowel movement.
You will only have 2 meals a day. When you get up in the morning until 11am you should not have anything like breakfast/ in other words no food, however you SHOULD have your teas and your juices. DRINK YOUR DETOX TEA FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. Finish TEA AND AFTER a half an hour YOU CAN HAVE YOUR JUICE. From 11 am to 12 noon you can have your first meal which would be your brunch. After brunch give yourself at least an hour and then continue with your juices. Your last meal should be between 4 and 5 pm consisting of vegetable/salads with nuts and seeds. Give yourself an hour and a half before continuing with the rest of the juice, teas, or water.
In the morning do 5 to 10 mins of deep breathing exercises. At night do 5 to 10 mins of deep breathing exercises, before going to sleep. During the day make sure to take sun bath, so get at least 30 mins worth of sunlight daily. Exercise, only light exercise is recommended. Like walking at least three times a week for 30 mins.
DO NOT OVEREAT WITH YOUR MEALS, ONLY EAT UNTIL SATISFIED. OR ABOUT 80% FULL FOR THIS WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE OPTIMAL DETOX.
Drink as much water as possible. (Purified, distilled or spring water)
