Chickpeas are flush of vitamins, minerals, protein, and fiber. It is a good source of manganese and B vitamins, and folate. One study found that eating chickpeas helps to regulate your blood sugar level because it has a low glycemic index. It is an excellent replacement for meat if you are a vegan. I hope you enjoy this dish!

Chickpeas, tomatoes, carrots,  coconut milk, garlic, onion, green peppers, blend of spices

This my recipe for my family favorite vegan mac and cheese. It is made with cashew cheese and nut milk to give it that robust taste that everybody loves. This recipe is about 12 servings so you can share this vegan cheesy goodness with plenty of others.

This salad is as the name is: delicious. It is delicate to the palate and if you love salad you won't be able to resist this one! This salad comes with lettuce, kale, grape tomatoes, sprouts, thin slices of cabbage, bell peppers, and cucumber. It's nutritious and crunchy when you bite into it. And it comes with a simple lemon dressing.
